So look at the highest part of the picture of the crater. See the tiny tree that rises above everything else? The second picture is of that tree.
The third picture is Nicholas of Africa, aka me, in my makeshift turban. I hiked half of the crater with a T-shirt hanging over my head. That's how little dignity I have. But everyone else got burnt, despite their judicious application of sun screen.
